Activité Antifongique Et Flavonoïdes Issus De Sclerocarya Birrea Subsp. Caffra (A. Rich) Hochst (Anacardiaceae)

چکیده

Ce travail est consacré à la recherche de molécules antifongiques des rameaux feuillés du Sclerocarya birrea (Anacardiaceae). Le screening phytochimique l’extrait hydroéthanolique a révélé présence dans plante stéroïdes, flavonoïdes, tanins catéchiques et leucoanthocyanes. L’évaluation in vitro l’activité extraits bruts contre Candida albicans sous forme hyphale par méthode microdilution en milieu liquide montré que les hexanique (CMI= 125 µg.ml-1) (CMI = 62,5 possèdent une activité antifongique intéressante. test toxicité aigüe effectué sur souris SWISS pour doses testées allant 50 250 mg.kg-1, symptômes observés pendant période précédant mort sont : l’hypoactivité tous animaux, l’apparition phénomène STRAUB indiquant tester composé (s) qui agirai(en)t comme morphine. La valeur DL50 calculée 75 mg.kg-1 chez souris.Le fractionnement bioguidé fourni fractions potentiellement intéressantes leurs propriétés (CMI<2 µg.ml-1). L’analyse LC – MS mode positif fraction V10 permis suggérer d’un hydroxycaffeoyl hexoside.Le processus dichlorométhanique donné, entre autres, E9 possédant importante < 2 Une analyse LC-MS F1 issue trois composés type flavonols glycosylés quercétine-O-pentoside, quercétine-O-rhamnoside Kaempférol- O- rhamnoside.
